My thyroid story

A while ago, my alarm clock wasn't a signal to start the day, but the beginning of a battle. I would wake up more tired than when I went to bed, my reflection in the mirror felt alien to me, and I felt a "brain fog" stealing my clarity and joy.

Despite doctor's visits and "normal test results," my body said otherwise. The diagnosis of hypothyroidism/Hashimoto's was a relief, but also the beginning of a frustrating journey of restrictive diets and exercises that only exhausted me more.

The birth of ThyroBloom Studio

Tired of not finding comprehensive answers, I decided to educate myself and understand the science behind our metabolism. I discovered that recovering vitality is not about "eating less and running more," but about giving the thyroid the security and nutrients it needs to flourish.

This is how ThyroBloom Studio was born. Not as a cold clinic, but as a coaching studio where I apply my pro-metabolic and holistic methodology. I have transformed my fatigue into energy and my frustration into a purpose: to help you avoid the same struggles I went through.

My mission with you

I'm not just your coach; I'm your ally. My approach combines the science of anti-inflammatory nutrition with stress management and movement that respects your hormones.

My goal is for you to stop "surviving" your symptoms and start to flourish. Because having a thyroid condition doesn't have to be a sentence of eternal tiredness.
