¿Qué es el Método PowerBloom?

Es mi filosofía de ejercicio físico consciente. Se que el cuerpo no es una máquina que deba ser forzada, sino un ecosistema que necesita el estímulo adecuado para florecer. A través de este pilar, buscaremos la fuerza, la flexibilidad y la resistencia, pero siempre respetando tus niveles de energía, tus ciclos y tus necesidades hormonales y físicas del momento.

Va mucho más allá de contar calorías o seguir dietas restrictivas. Es un proceso de reeducación nutricional donde la comida vuelve a ser lo que siempre debió ser: medicina, energía y placer. Nos enfocaremos en nutrir tus células, apoyar tu sistema endocrino y sanar tu intestino, todo desde una perspectiva integrativa y compasiva.

Es el espacio donde el sistema nervioso parasimpático (el encargado de descansar y digerir) toma el control. A través de herramientas milenarias y probadas por la ciencia como el yoga, la meditación, el mindfulness y el breathwork (trabajo de respiración), le enseñaremos a tu cuerpo que es seguro relajarse. Es el pilar fundamental para reducir el cortisol, mejorar el sueño y equilibrar tus hormonas.

  • I created the PowerBloom Method, a 12-week program where I guide you through three pillars: Pro-Metabolic Nutrition (to nourish your thyroid), Conscious Movement (exercises that don't drain you), and Stress Management. We manage everything online with individual sessions and my constant support via WhatsApp.
  • Your doctor takes care of your medication and tests. I take care of your life. 90% of success with hypothyroidism depends on what you do in the 23 hours you're not at the doctor's office: how you eat, how you rest, and how you manage stress. I fill that gap that the healthcare system often leaves out.
